Hadassah Catering was birthed 1 November 2013. We are a highly motivated team and aspire to achieve our goals & targets by remaining motivated, making the difference by being committed, knowledgeable and driven in doing things differently. We will achieve our goals & targets by living my values of honesty, integrity, excellent customer service, by using fine ingredients and enforcing good hygiene standards. We prepare your food with love to perfection & serve it with a smile.

I am a highly motivated person, passion for food and the fashion of food. I love each one of my customers as part of our Hadassah Family & make our food with love, I have my National Diploma in Foods, I am an accredited food assessor in W&R

Charlene Coetzee

Head chef

Charlene is a pillar of strength. She is hardworking, dedicated and loyal. I am honored to have her as part of the Hadassah Catering. She achieved her diploma as a health & safety officer and she is a first aid officer.
